**Two day rental is calculated as twice the Facility Fee for a Full Day Rental (Friday 6pm to Sunday 12am or Saturday 8am to sunday 2pm.

Rental Includes:

  • Use of chairs and tables
  • Use of fireplace (where relevant)
  • Use of Projection Screen (Dining Hall)
  • Use of outdoor patio
  • Use of Sand Volleyball Court

 

Service Rates:

  • Lifeguard: $150/hour
  • Kitchen Use (Must provide Food Manager Certificate): $175/day (Food Prep Only – Dishes/Cups/Silverware not included)
  • Additional Cleaning: $50/hour
  • Damages: Determined by repair/replacement

 

Deposit:

  • Deposit is non-refundable
  • Deposit is transferable within our fiscal year (September 1 – August 31st)

 

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made between 30 and 60 days prior to the reserved date will not have their deposit returned. In addition, cancellations will be required to pay 25% of the Minimum Group Size/Billing Commitment.
  • Cancellations made less than¬†30 days prior to the reserved date will not have their deposit returned. In addition, cancellations will be required to pay 50% of the Minimum Group Size/Billing Commitment.
